Okay for petsmart always prefer supporting local petshops
The only place I can get my fresh step in the economy size at a great price.
I bought a cage got it home and didn't realize there was a,30% off coupon. I called and the manager Cara explained I need to sign up online at Petsmart. She explained how to do it. To come in the next day for a store credit. She was very nice about it. I was very happy with the time she took to help me. It was the Hazleton store. I would shop there for all my pet needs again.
Great variety of pet items. A bit expensive but most of the items are premium brands, so it's to be expected. Cats available for adoption on site!
Good customer service, they will help you find what you need fast, will answer all your questions and concerns too.
