Order flowers for a funeral , they were beautiful and everyone complemented me one them. They were very helpful and comforting during this difficult time. would definitely would recommend them.
I recently ordered my wedding flowers from Stephanie's Greens N Things. She met with us and looked at the photos I found online and was able to create the most beautiful bouquets and flowers for the church. The price was great and the flowers were beyond awesome! She is very talented!
Upon my arrival (which I had an appointment for) they were busy and forgot that I was coming. OK, that happens sometimes I can be compassionate. . Then, I look through some books while waiting to be helped, the woman comes over and I showed her a few things I liked she gave me a price that almost made me puke but I paid it and I told her I would like my bouquets to be smaller than the ones in the picture and without all this ugly extra string stuff hanging from them. She agreed that they were too much and that she would have them done up very nice for me. Fast forward to my wedding day, I have a bridesmaid pick up the flowers and bring them to the reception place. .. all of the bouquets had the strings hanging from them, my flowers were not the color I wanted they looked like ripe bananas and they all had sharp sticks for holders. What I looked at in the book was this beautiful soft handle with ribbon around it ... well, that didn't happen so I didn't want to throw the bouquet at the wedding and take out an eye. All of that could be over looked .. I was upset but could have gotten past it. Until .. the flowers for my center pieces. I had told them that there were about 20 + tables and what I received for the price I paid was about 5 dollars worth. It was babies breath, it should not have costs as much as it did so, I resorted to ripping out wild flowers on the side of the road and they were 10x as beautiful, wish I would have done that in the first place! so, needless to say.. my experience with this place was highly unpleasant and if I was a bridezilla (which I considered for a moment) I would have called and freaked out because no one should need to be collecting wild flowers to make up for what the floral shop lacks, especially when you PAY them to take care of it.
UNDEPENDABLE! I live 3000 miles away. I called 2 weeks in advance to be sure that they would deliver to my family cemetery. Then I called 5 days in advance to order and to be sure. I ordered two planter logs to be delivered on May 25, for a service on Sunday, May 26. $80. for two planters.(The delivery was $10. extra.) My sister arrived at the service, and lo and behold, there were no planters. I called the store, was directed to another number that I could call "if I need funeral flowers," where the person answering the phone told me that she knew that they had not been delivered. She "thought" they were for Memorial Day, and so she did not deliver them on the date that they were to have been delivered. She did tell me that she had delivered many others, however. I pointed out that the delivery date was Saturday, not Sunday, and that the priest was to be at the cemetery in a few minutes to begin the service. She told me that she "apologized." That's it. I couldn't be there, my sisters were depending on me to provide the flowers, and this business just didn't do it. I asked why she didn't call me, and she had no real answer. This business is undependable, in my opinion. I wonder if other callers from far away know that their items may not be delivered.
Got my wife flowers for our Anniversary and they were absolutely amazing. She loved them! I set it up two days in advanced and everything went super smooth. Thank you so much! Will definitely use again.
